  • We believe every challenge can be worked through. We offer a safe space, embracing direct and honest conversations to ensure clients feel supported and free to be themselves.

    Our approach is evidence-informed, collaborative, strengths-based and solution-focused. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with other supportive therapeutic techniques to ensure that treatment is tailored to each client's unique needs.

    We work with adults (18 year and older) on a range of issues and offer new clients a free 15-minute initial conversation, to discuss our approach and understand your needs, helping you decide if we’re the right fit for you

  • Proactive wellbeing is aimed at promoting and maintaining the mental and emotional health of individuals who as part of their job, are regularly exposed to potentially traumatic material, stressful situations and/or demanding workloads. It has been shown to be an effective way of building resilience and maintaining wellbeing over-time.

    Professions and industries that we commonly work with include: veterinary professionals, health professionals, frontline and emergency services, legal professionals, sports/athletes, and consultants.

  • Whether you’re after support with job demands or wanting continuing professional development, we’re able to offer guidance and support for psychologists, health and frontline professionals working in various contexts.

  • We take a strengths-based approach to helping professionals set goals, enhance their performance and navigate career challenges.

    We’re experienced with the Hogan Personality and CliftonStrengths Assessments, and frequently incorporate the use of these tools in our coaching to help leaders and aspiring leaders reach their potential.

  • We’re passionate about developing initiatives that lead to positive outcomes for individuals, workplaces and the community. Highly qualified and results driven, we combine our clinical expertise with our experience across strategic workplace wellbeing, psychosocial risk advisory, executive coaching, and organisational change and development to drive meaningful change.
